The first two seconds decide
Kazaplan is a TikTok ads agency for stores, restaurants and consumer brands in Saudi Arabia and Egypt. TikTok ads are short vertical videos in the For You feed, and viewers decide in about two seconds whether to keep watching. So we start with the hook, not the budget: we script and shoot videos in batches, set up the Pixel and Events API, then scale what earns orders.
Usually four to eight new videos, depending on budget and how many products you push. TikTok videos wear out faster than on Meta: the same viewer sees one twice, then scrolls past. We prefer one shoot day a month that produces several hooks and versions, over one expensive production that stops working after two weeks.
They are if your product shows well on video and buyers decide fairly quickly. Fashion, beauty, food, ecommerce and apps are the obvious fits. If you sell warehouse software to procurement managers, we will tell you plainly that LinkedIn and Google will reach them for less, and you may not need TikTok at all.
Spark Ads let you put budget behind a post that already exists, on your account or on a creator's account that gives you an authorization code. The ad runs under the original account and comments and likes stay on the post. We use them often when an organic video does well unpaid, which is a good sign the idea deserves spend.
No. Plenty of campaigns work with a staff member explaining the product on camera, or a small creator whose audience resembles your customers. Big names help with a large launch or when you need trust quickly in a new market. In Saudi Arabia, people paid to advertise on their accounts need a Mawthooq license, and we check it before any deal.
There are two separate parts. Ad spend goes to TikTok directly; the platform sells delivery by auction and sets minimum daily budgets per campaign and ad group. Kazaplan's fee depends on how many videos you need each month, whether creators are involved, and how many markets we cover. We do not publish fixed prices and send a written proposal once we understand your goal.
Because TikTok credits itself when someone saw or clicked an ad within its attribution window, even if they bought later through Google. It can also miss orders when the Pixel misfires. We connect the Events API from your server and compare total sales before and during the campaign, rather than trusting the platform's figure alone.

Hooks that hold
We write the first two seconds first: a question, a before and after, the product in a real hand.

Monthly shoot batches
Several hooks and angles per idea each month, because winning videos tire fast.

Numbers from your store
Pixel plus Events API, checked against the orders you actually received.

Angles and scripts
A problem your buyer knows, a real result, or the product in use, under a minute.

Spark Ads
Paid reach for a real post from your account or a creator's, with permission.

Creator matching
People who look like your customers, not the biggest follower count.

Lead forms
In-app forms for services that sell by phone call, not by cart.

Pixel and Events API
Add to cart and purchase recorded from browser and server.

Creative report
Which hook held viewers, which video brought orders, and what we shoot next.
Picture a restaurant in Nasr City launching a new dish. Option one: a polished video, soft music, logo up front. Option two: the chef holding a phone, with one line on screen. “Have you tried this yet?”
Option two wins most of the time.
Nobody on TikTok is waiting for your ad. If the first two seconds give no reason to stay, the thumb moves. That is why we treat the video as the biggest decision in the campaign, bigger than targeting and bigger than budget.
What a TikTok ads agency should get right first
An ad that works here looks like a normal post. We check for four things:
- A clear hook in the first two seconds: a question, a before and after, or the product moving in someone’s hand.
- A real face speaking your audience’s dialect, not a neutral voiceover.
- On-screen text, since a lot of people watch with the sound off.
- One offer and one ask at the end. A video that tries to sell five products sells none.
A Saudi example. A skincare brand in Jeddah wants to sell a new serum. We will not open on the bottle against a white background. We open on a woman saying her skin gets shiny by noon and she has tried everything, then she walks through the routine on her own face. Same product. Very different share of people who watch to the end.
How many videos you need, and why they tire
A winning TikTok video has a short life. The same person sees it once, twice, then scrolls past without thinking, and your cost per result climbs. So we never build a campaign on one video, however good it looks.
Our view: shoot in batches. One shoot day a month gives you several hooks for the same idea plus two or three completely different angles. We launch them together and let the numbers choose. Winners get new versions. Losers get dropped quickly, and we note why.
This changes how you think about budget, too. Part of it goes to testing every month. That is not waste. It is the only way to learn what your audience responds to before you put serious money behind it.
Creators and Spark Ads
Spark Ads let you fund a real post, from your account or from a creator who gives you an authorization code. The ad runs under the original handle and the comments and likes stay with it, so it looks like what people watch every day.
A creator is worth paying when they resemble your buyer: a mom showing baby products, a young guy trying a place in his own neighborhood. They are wasted money when picked on follower count alone, or handed a script that sounds nothing like them. Often a staff member who knows the product and talks with confidence does the job.
In Saudi Arabia, anyone paid to advertise on their own accounts needs a Mawthooq license from the media regulator. We ask to see it before agreeing anything, because responsibility reaches the advertiser too.
The formats we actually use
No long list needed. Most of the work runs on four:
- In-Feed: video in For You with a button such as Shop now.
- Spark Ads: paid reach for an existing post, as above.
- Lead generation: for clinics, training centers and anyone who sells over the phone.
- Smart+: TikTok’s automated campaigns that choose targeting and creative. We use them once there is enough purchase data, not in month one.
Measurement: what TikTok says and what your store says
We install the TikTok Pixel and connect the Events API so purchases reach TikTok from your server even when a browser blocks the Pixel. For Salla and Zid stores we use the platform’s built-in connection and confirm it with a test order.
Then we expect the two numbers to differ. TikTok credits itself for people who saw an ad and bought later, and many people watch here, then look you up on Google or Instagram. So we read three layers: creative signals in the first days, cost per order in Ads Manager, and total sales in your store before and during the campaign.
What drives the cost
Ad spend is paid to TikTok directly and is separate from our fee. TikTok sells delivery by auction, so price moves with season, competition and the video itself. A video people finish costs less to deliver than one they skip.
Kazaplan’s fee depends on the number of videos per month, whether creators are involved, and how many markets and campaigns we run. A creator’s fee is a separate line agreed with them. See plans or ask for a quote after a short call.
Saudi Arabia and Egypt are not one market
For Saudi Arabia we write in Saudi dialect and plan around Ramadan, Founding Day, National Day and White Friday. We often run TikTok alongside Snapchat ads as one campaign. Our team is in Cairo and serves Saudi clients remotely over video meetings.
In Egypt, audiences respond strongly to offers, and everyday and comedy content travels well. TikTok earns the attention there, and Meta ads close the sale through messages and retargeting.
When we would tell you not to start with TikTok
If you sell a complex service to companies and the sales cycle runs for months, TikTok is rarely the right first step. LinkedIn ads or Google Search sit closer to your goal. And if nobody on your side is willing to appear on camera and there is no appetite for a monthly shoot, start elsewhere and build the content first through content marketing.

What we believe
More than one plan
Every business has its own story, audience and challenges, so we never squeeze clients into a ready-made template. We build the plan around the business.
Strategy before activity. First we work out what your business really needs and what it does not, then we decide where to publish and how much to spend.
Your real-world success deserves a digital presence of the same size. We don't start your success, we amplify it.
