Boosting posts is not a sales plan
Kazaplan is a Facebook and Instagram ads agency for stores and service businesses in Egypt and Saudi Arabia that want orders, leads or WhatsApp chats that turn into sales. We build campaigns in Meta Ads Manager, not with the Boost button. Tracking comes first, then the objective, then several creative angles tested against each other, with cost per result as the score.
Not if the goal is sales. Boosting pushes a good post to more people, but it gives you no precise objective, no audiences built from your store visitors and no way to test one ad against another. Ads Manager campaigns track orders and leads through the Pixel, so you know which ad sold. We still boost the odd post that is doing well organically. We just do not build a sales plan on it.
It depends on your business, and nobody honest can give one number for everyone. Meta sells placements by auction and you set a daily or lifetime budget, paid to Meta directly. We suggest a test budget big enough to try several ads and collect real data over a few weeks, then put more behind what works. Our fee is separate from that budget.
Usually within three to four weeks. The first days are Meta's learning phase and results swing around, so we do not change ads every other day. Once data settles we pause the weak ads and shift budget to the strong ones. A campaign that tracks purchases properly and has a clear offer settles faster than one that relies on chat volume alone.
We prefer the accounts stay in your name. We work inside your own Business Manager with management access, so the Pixel, audiences and campaign history stay with you if we ever part ways. You pay Meta for ad spend on your card. Kazaplan's fee covers planning, creative, management and reporting.
Because the Pixel alone misses some orders. It runs in the browser, so ad blockers and privacy settings on some devices stop it. The Conversions API sends the same events from your website or store server straight to Meta. More complete data helps Meta learn who actually buys, and that usually shows up in cost per result.
Yes. Our team in Cairo runs them remotely, with regular video meetings. Copy is written in Saudi dialect where it suits the product, and the calendar is planned around Ramadan, National Day, Founding Day and White Friday. For Saudi buyers we usually run Meta alongside Snapchat and TikTok, since a large share of their time is spent there.

Tracking before spend
Meta Pixel and Conversions API working before a single pound or riyal of budget goes out.

Creative that gets tested
Several angles on the same offer, in Reels, Stories and carousel. We keep what sells.

Cost per order, not likes
A report an owner can read: what each order or chat cost, and what changes next.

Pixel and CAPI
Purchases and leads sent from browser and server, on WordPress, Shopify, Salla or Zid.

Click-to-message ads
Ads that open WhatsApp or Messenger, plus a simple way to count orders, not chats.

Higher-intent forms
Instant forms with a review step and screening questions to cut fake numbers.

Audiences from your data
Store visitors, customer lists and lookalikes instead of broad interest guesses.

Built per placement
Vertical video for Reels and Stories, carousels for catalogs, copy in local dialect.

Weekly review
Weak ads paused, budget moved toward the ones bringing real orders.
A clothing page in Cairo boosts every post. Likes pour in, comments ask about price, and orders barely move. Nobody can say which post sold and which one just burned money. We hear some version of this on most first calls.
Facebook and Instagram are not the problem. The Boost button is built for reach. It was never built to sell.
What a Facebook and Instagram ads agency changes
In Ads Manager you pick a specific objective, such as Sales, Leads or Messages, and Meta looks for people likely to take that exact action. You can run several ads at once and see which one wins, reach people who visited your store and left, and know what each order cost.
Meta sells placements by auction. You set the budget and the objective, and Meta decides where the ad shows: Feed, Stories, Reels, Messenger. Our job as a Facebook and Instagram ads agency is to get everything around that auction right, because the system learns from the data you feed it. Feed it half the picture and it learns the wrong lesson.
Tracking comes before the first pound
We do not launch a Sales campaign until we can see purchase events arriving at Meta. That means the Meta Pixel on the site or store, plus the Conversions API sending the same events from the server, since the Pixel alone loses some of them to ad blockers and privacy settings. Salla, Zid and Shopify make this fairly easy. WordPress stores need more care.
WhatsApp sellers are a different case. Click-to-message ads open a chat directly and suit the Egyptian market well. But a chat is not an order. So we agree with you up front on a simple way to count orders that came from chats, even if it is a sheet your sales team updates daily. Without it, you will read cost per conversation and mistake it for cost per sale.
Objectives and formats in practice
Meta has six campaign objectives: Awareness, Traffic, Engagement, Leads, App Promotion and Sales. An online store usually starts on Sales. A clinic in New Cairo or a training company starts on Leads or Messages. Awareness we keep for launches, not for an account that needs orders this month.
Formats follow the product:
- Reels and Stories: short vertical video, usually our strongest format for fashion, perfume and food.
- Carousel: several products, or several reasons to buy, in one ad.
- Click-to-message: for businesses that close the sale in chat.
- Instant forms: name and phone collected without leaving the app.
Our view on instant forms is blunt. The default setup brings plenty of numbers and few customers, because details autofill with one tap. We prefer the higher-intent form type, which adds a review step before submitting, plus one or two screening questions. Fewer leads come in, better ones, and your sales team stops chasing people who never meant to sign up.
A steady rhythm for creative
Ads wear out. The same audience sees the same video again and again, and costs creep up even when nothing else changes. So we test in rounds. Each round carries two to four angles on the same offer: the customer’s problem, a real customer’s experience, the product in use, or the offer itself. Winners get fresh variations. Losers get a note on why, so we do not repeat them.
Send us real photos and clips from your business whenever you can. A phone video shot inside your shop usually beats a polished design that looks like everyone else’s.
Egypt and Saudi Arabia are different markets
In Egypt many customers buy through page messages and WhatsApp, and the first question is nearly always price and delivery. Reply speed is part of the campaign. Light Egyptian colloquial copy works for most consumer products.
Saudi Arabia is broader. A perfume store on Zid will find some of its buyers on Instagram and more of them on Snapchat and TikTok. So Meta sits inside a plan that includes Snapchat ads, with Saudi dialect copy and creative ready well before Ramadan and White Friday. Our Cairo team works with Saudi clients remotely.
What moves the cost
Ad spend is paid to Meta directly and is separate from Kazaplan’s fee. Inside that spend, cost moves with four things: competition for your audience in the auction, audience size, how good the ad is and how people react to it, and the season. Ramadan and White Friday crowd the auction and push costs up for everyone.
Our management fee depends on the number of campaigns and markets, how much creative you need each month, and whether tracking has to be built from scratch. We do not publish fixed prices. See our plans and send us the details of your business.
Judging results, and what we need from you
Judge the campaign on the cost of the result you care about: cost per order, cost per lead who actually answered the phone, or cost per chat that ended in a sale. Likes and views do not measure a sales campaign.
To start, we need:
- Management access to your Business Manager, ad account, page and Instagram account.
- Access to the site or store to install the Pixel and Conversions API.
- Your key products, current offers and a rough idea of margins.
- Someone on your team who answers messages fast.
Not sure what state your account is in? Start with the free diagnostic described in our method. You give us read-only access, we send a written first assessment within a few working days, and you keep it whether or not you hire us. What we believe
More than one plan
Every business has its own story, audience and challenges, so we never squeeze clients into a ready-made template. We build the plan around the business.
Strategy before activity. First we work out what your business really needs and what it does not, then we decide where to publish and how much to spend.
Your real-world success deserves a digital presence of the same size. We don't start your success, we amplify it.
