Straight answers before you start
These are the questions business owners in Egypt and Saudi Arabia ask before working with Kazaplan. How is pricing worked out? Is the ad budget separate? How long does SEO take? Who owns the accounts? How do we serve Saudi clients from Cairo? Each answer gives the direct reply in its first line, then the detail for anyone who wants it.
We do not publish fixed prices, because the cost depends on what you actually need. The main drivers are the number of platforms, monthly content volume, competition in your field, and the market you sell in: Egypt, Saudi Arabia or both. We offer monthly plans for ongoing work and one-off projects such as branding or a website, and send a written proposal once we understand your business.
No, the ad budget is separate from our fee. Our fee covers planning, management, content and reporting. The ad budget is paid to the platform itself, such as Meta, Google, TikTok or Snapchat. We prefer that you pay it from a payment method in your name so you see every amount spent, and we suggest a budget that fits your goal before launch.
SEO usually shows its first clear movement within three to six months, and it can take longer for new sites or very competitive fields. Speed depends on the site's technical health, competitor strength, how much content is published and which links the site earns. That is why we track progress monthly with indicators such as indexed pages and new keywords, not rankings alone.
Yes. We work with companies in Egypt and Saudi Arabia from our base in Nasr City, Cairo. Meetings run over video calls, and day-to-day follow-up happens by email and messaging. We write content in the tone and dialect that suit a Saudi audience, and plan campaigns around the platforms that matter most there, such as Snapchat, TikTok and X, and around local seasons.
Message us through the contact page, email [email protected] or call. We ask for read-only access to your accounts and, within a few working days, send a free written first assessment that is yours to keep whether or not you hire us. Then we send a proposed plan and a written quote. No work starts until you approve it.
In principle, you do. We prefer that ad accounts are created in your name or your company's name and stay with you, and we work inside them with access you grant and can remove at any time. Pages, pixels and audience data belong to your business. Ownership of designs and produced content is written into the proposal and contract, so nothing is unclear when the work ends.

Frequently asked questions about working with us
What does Kazaplan do?
Kazaplan is a digital marketing agency in Nasr City, Cairo, working across Egypt and Saudi Arabia. We offer SEO, social media management, paid ads on Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn and X, content, branding and naming, websites and landing pages, launch campaigns and digital PR. The rule does not change: strategy before activity.
Do you work with startups?
Yes. With startups we usually begin with the foundations: name and identity, a website or landing page, then a focused launch on one or two channels instead of spreading across every platform. The aim is to win the first customers and real data on a controlled budget, then scale what works.
What is different about how you work?
We put strategy before activity. Every business has its own story, audience and challenges, so we do not use ready-made templates. We work in four stages: diagnose, plan with measurable goals, execute, then measure and adjust. Your real-world success deserves a digital presence of the same size. We do not start your success, we amplify it.
Which languages do you work in?
We work in Arabic and English. We write Arabic content and ads in a style that fits Egyptian or Saudi audiences depending on the target market, and English content for brands speaking to international or expatriate audiences. Reports and meetings run in whichever language your team prefers. When content is bilingual, each version is written for its own reader. A literal translation shows from the first line.
Can I see your previous work?
Case studies will be published on our work page once the clients involved give their permission. In the diagnostic we walk you through how we would approach a case similar to yours and the method we would use. We never share a client’s data or numbers without permission, and the same rule applies to yours.
How does communication work during a project?
At the start we agree on one clear communication channel, such as email or a messaging group, and on regular video meetings. Content and campaigns are sent to you for approval before they go live, and you always know who to follow up with. This stops requests getting lost and keeps every decision written down for later reference.
Pricing and contracts
How do you price your work?
By scope of work, not one price for everyone. The main factors are the services needed, the number of platforms, monthly content and design volume, the number of campaigns, competition in your field, and whether the target market is Egypt or Saudi Arabia. After the diagnostic we send a written proposal listing each item, what it includes and what it does not.
What is the difference between a monthly plan and a project?
A monthly plan covers ongoing work such as social media, ads and SEO, and comes in three levels: Presence, Growth and Scale. A project is defined work with a start, an end and a clear deliverable, such as name and identity, a website or a launch campaign. Many clients start with a project and then move to a monthly plan.
Is there a minimum contract length?
We agree on the contract length in the written proposal, based on the service and your goals. Some services, such as SEO, need more time before results show, so we explain that before signing to keep expectations realistic. Defined projects such as branding or a website end at delivery. All terms on duration and termination are written and clear before work begins.
Can I start with just one service?
Yes, you can start with a single service, such as paid ads, SEO or branding. In the diagnostic we tell you whether that service alone can reach your goal or whether something missing will hold it back, such as a weak landing page or broken tracking. The decision is yours, and we build the plan around what you choose.
Why do agency prices vary so much?
Because the same service name can mean very different work. One social media offer may include template designs only, while another includes strategy, original content, video, inbox management and reporting. Compare proposals by their written items: number of posts, type of content, who manages the ads and what the report contains. The total on its own tells you very little.
Can I change my plan during the contract?
Yes, the plan can be reviewed if your goals or budget change. We usually discuss it in the monthly review based on results: if a channel is performing well we may suggest scaling it, and if it is not we suggest an alternative. How and when changes take effect is agreed in the proposal from the start.
Results and reporting
When do paid ads start showing results?
Paid ads start bringing visits and messages within days of launch, but stable performance usually takes three to six weeks, depending on the platform. During that time the platform’s algorithm learns from the data, while we test different messages and audiences and switch off what does not work. That is why we judge a campaign after a proper test period, not after the first two days.
Do you guarantee specific results?
No. We do not guarantee specific numbers such as sales volume or first place on Google, because results depend on factors no agency controls, including competitors, platform changes and the offer itself. What we do commit to: a written plan, goals we agree and measure together, reports that hide nothing, and steady adjustment based on the data.
How often will I receive a performance report?
You receive a detailed monthly performance report, and we go through it with you on a video call. During intensive periods such as a launch or a peak season we also share shorter updates between reports. If your ad accounts are in your name, as we prefer, you can log in at any time without waiting for the report.
What does the monthly report include?
The report covers the KPIs agreed in the plan, such as conversions, cost per lead, return on ad spend and site traffic, compared with the previous month. More importantly, it explains what worked, what did not and why, and what we will change next month. A report without decisions is of little use to you.
How do you measure whether a campaign worked?
We measure success with numbers tied to your business goal, not likes or follower count alone. Before launch we set up tracking on your site or store, such as pixels, GA4 and UTM parameters, and define the conversion that matters to you: a purchase, a lead or a message. Then we track the cost and return of each conversion.
What happens if a campaign misses its target?
We stop what is not working and find the cause before spending more. It may be the audience, the message, the creative, the landing page or the offer itself. We show you clearly what we found and what we propose instead, which may be changing platform, adjusting the offer or improving the page before adding budget.
Saudi Arabia
How do meetings with Saudi clients work?
Meetings take place over video calls at times agreed in advance, taking Saudi working days and holidays into account. We share screens to walk through plans, reports and designs, and send a written summary of decisions after each meeting. Day-to-day follow-up runs by email and messaging so no decision gets held up.
Do you have an office in Saudi Arabia?
No. Our team works from our base in Nasr City, Cairo, serves Saudi clients remotely, and has no Saudi phone number. Digital marketing runs through accounts and platforms, so in most cases it does not need a physical presence in the city. What matters is understanding the Saudi audience, its dialect and its seasons, and we build that into every plan.
Do you know the Saudi market and its platforms?
Yes. We plan for the Saudi market based on how its audience behaves, not as a copy of Egypt. Snapchat, TikTok and X carry real weight there, and seasons such as Ramadan, National Day and sales periods change how campaigns look and what they cost. We write content in a tone close to Saudi audiences and respect local advertising rules.
Do you run influencer campaigns in Saudi Arabia?
Yes. We plan influencer work as part of launch and seasonal campaigns, from choosing creators who fit the audience to tracking results. In Saudi Arabia, influencers publishing paid ads need a Mawthooq license, so we check it before any agreement. We judge the campaign on outcomes such as visits and orders, not view counts alone.
Do you work with Salla and Zid stores?
Yes. We start by connecting tracking tools such as the Meta, Snapchat and TikTok pixels to the store so sales are measured accurately, then plan ads and content around the products and seasons that matter most to the store.
Services
Which ad platforms do you manage?
We manage paid ads on Google, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn and X. We pick platforms by where your audience is and what you want: Google for people searching right now, Meta, TikTok and Snapchat for building demand, and LinkedIn for business-to-business sales. We rarely advise running on every platform at once.
Do you build websites and landing pages?
Yes, as a standalone project or as part of a marketing plan. Each page is built around a clear goal, such as a quote request, a booking or a sale, and is set up from the start for SEO, page speed and tracking. A good-looking site that measures nothing does not help you make decisions.
Do you offer naming and brand identity?
Yes. We offer a name and identity project for new brands or brands that need rebuilding. It starts with positioning, audience and what sets you apart, then name options and checks, then logo, colors, typefaces and usage rules. A solid identity makes every later ad and post clearer and easier to recognize.
What is a launch campaign?
A launch campaign is a fixed-term project to introduce a new product, brand or branch to the market. It usually includes the launch message, content and video, paid ads, and sometimes influencers and digital PR, with a timeline for before, during and after launch day. The aim is to start with real demand and data to build on.
What is digital PR?
Digital PR is earning mentions of your brand on news sites, specialist publications and trusted platforms through stories worth publishing. Customers trust what someone else writes about you more than what you write about yourself. It also supports SEO through links from strong sites, and may improve the chance that AI assistants mention your brand.
