Four stages. One goal.
This is how Kazaplan builds a digital marketing plan for a business in Egypt or Saudi Arabia. There are four stages: diagnose where you stand, plan, execute, then measure and adjust. Each one ends with a written deliverable you can check yourself. If you would rather test us first, start with a free initial diagnostic. It commits you to nothing.
Yes. The initial diagnostic is free and does not commit you to a contract. You give us read access to your accounts and we send a written assessment of what works, what does not and what we would prioritize. Then you decide: continue with us, or hand the recommendations to your own team. The assessment is yours either way.
Read-only access is enough. We usually ask for Google Search Console, Google Analytics, your Google or Meta ad account, and insights from your social pages. We never ask for passwords. Platforms let you add us as a viewer, and you can remove that access as soon as you have the assessment.
You receive the written assessment within a few working days of granting access. The exact time depends on how many accounts you have and how much data is available. If an access request is still pending, we tell you what is missing rather than sending an incomplete review.
It includes a summary of where you stand, the strengths worth building on, the issues wasting budget or losing leads, and a list of priorities ranked by expected impact and effort. It is a practical written document in plain language, not a generic slide deck and not a sales pitch dressed up as advice.
We do not recommend it. Starting without a diagnostic means spending on assumptions that may be wrong. If you already have a recent audit and clean data, we shorten the first stage, but we do not skip it. Strategy before activity is how we work on every account.
We review the numbers weekly on our side and send a monthly report with a review call. Small changes to ads and content happen continuously. Larger strategy changes are discussed with you first, with the numbers that justify them, before anything is switched.

Diagnose first
We review your accounts, data and competitors to see where you really stand.

A written plan
Goals, audience, channels, budget split and success metrics, agreed before launch.

Measured execution
We run the work, read the numbers every week and change course when the data says so.

Diagnostic report
A written review of your site, accounts and ads, with priorities ranked.

Competitor review
Who your customer sees when they search or scroll, and what they are told.

Strategy document
Goals, audience, message, channels and budget split in one place.

Content and campaign plan
A monthly calendar built around the goal, not a post quota.

Tracking setup
Analytics, pixels and conversion tracking working before the first spend.

Plain monthly report
The month's numbers against the target, plus one clear decision for next month.
Every digital marketing plan we write starts with a diagnosis
Most businesses that contact us have tried marketing already. They posted regularly, ran paid ads and perhaps worked with more than one agency. What they usually have to show for it is a pile of numbers nobody can explain. The effort was there. What was missing was one question asked up front: what does this business actually need?
So every plan goes through the same four stages: diagnose, plan, execute, measure. We do not skip a stage because a client is in a hurry, and we do not stretch one because it is comfortable for us. Each stage ends with something written that you receive and can check.
First, the diagnosis
We start with how things are today, not how we would like them to be. We look at your website and how it performs in Google, your social pages, any ad accounts, and what your competitors are doing in the same market.
What we review
- Search performance in Search Console, and which pages actually bring visitors.
- Past ad campaigns: where the money went, what a lead cost and where it leaked.
- Page insights: who engages, when, and with which kind of content.
- The path from first impression to inquiry, and where most people drop off.
What you receive
A written diagnostic report that sums up the situation and ranks priorities by impact and effort. On its own, it is often enough to tell you where your budget should go.
And where it should stop going.
Then the plan
With the diagnosis done, we write the strategy. We set a business goal with a number on it, such as inquiries or bookings per month, then choose the audience, message and channels that serve it. There is no template. A grill restaurant in Nasr City and a furniture showroom in Riyadh do not need the same plan, even on similar budgets.
One piece of advice we give often: do not open a new channel until tracking works on the one you already run. Two channels you can read beat five you cannot.
You receive a strategy document, a content and campaign plan for the first month, a proposed budget split across channels, and agreed success metrics we hold ourselves to. The plan keeps Kazaplan’s fee and the ad budget apart. The ad budget is paid to the platform, so the two never blur on an invoice.
Execution
This is the day-to-day work: social media management, paid ads, content, SEO and, where needed, landing pages. Before any campaign goes live we make sure tracking works, because a campaign you cannot measure is a campaign you cannot improve.
You approve the publishing plan before it runs. You get one named person on your account. And we prefer that ad accounts and pages stay in your name, with us working on them through access you grant.
Measuring, then adjusting
We read the numbers weekly and send a short monthly report: what we did, what we learned and what we will change. We measure what matters to the business, such as cost per lead and conversion rate, not views and likes alone. When a channel is not working, we propose moving the budget rather than carrying on out of habit.
How the free initial diagnostic works
Want to see how we think before you commit? Start here:
- Reach us through the contact page and tell us about your business and goal.
- Give us read access to Search Console, your ad accounts and the social insights you have.
- Within a few working days, we send a written first assessment with clear priorities.
- We walk you through it on a short call, and you decide the next step.
The assessment is yours to keep, whether or not we work together.
Common mistakes when building a marketing plan
- Starting with the channel, not the goal: deciding you need TikTok before checking that your buyers are actually on it.
- Raising the budget to fix a message problem: a weak ad does not improve because more people see it.
- Measuring what is easy instead of what matters: likes are easy to count, inquiries pay salaries.
- Changing everything every two weeks: some channels need time to produce enough data to judge.
Every one of our services runs through these stages, and every plan is built on them. If a question is left open, the FAQ probably covers it.
What we believe
More than one plan
Every business has its own story, audience and challenges, so we never squeeze clients into a ready-made template. We build the plan around the business.
Strategy before activity. First we work out what your business really needs and what it does not, then we decide where to publish and how much to spend.
Your real-world success deserves a digital presence of the same size. We don't start your success, we amplify it.
