What we offer
Paid ads measured by results
We run your campaigns on Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn and X, and we measure every campaign by cost per customer and return on ad spend, not by views.

Campaign Strategy
We set the platform, audience, budget and goal of every campaign before it launches.

Ad Copy & Design
Copy, designs and short videos that stop the scroll and drive the click.

Tracking & Measurement
Setting up Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and platform pixels to measure every conversion.

Ongoing Optimization
Regular tests and adjustments to lower your cost per customer and raise your return on ad spend.
Our areas of expertise
We pick the right channel for your goal instead of being everywhere with nothing to show for it.
Marketing plans built on market and competitor research that set out where you show up, who you speak to and how you measure success.
From choosing the name and researching the market to the logo and visual identity, we build a brand that sticks in people's minds and grows with you.
We get your website seen on Google with content that answers your customers' questions, backed by careful technical fixes.
Fast, clear websites designed to turn visitors into customers, connected to analytics tools from day one.
Which ad platform fits your business?
The honest answer: the one your customer is on when they are close to buying. Not the most popular one, and not the one your competitor uses.
A few examples of the kind of business we work with, and how we would think about each:
- A dental clinic in New Cairo. Patients type the treatment and the area into Google, then call. We start with Search campaigns in Google Ads, and call tracking comes before anything else.
- A dates brand on Salla, eight weeks before Ramadan. Shoppers are not searching for the brand yet, but they spend hours on Snapchat and TikTok. We plan the season early on Snapchat ads and TikTok ads, with vertical video in Saudi dialect.
- A Cairo software house selling to Saudi companies. The decision sits with a CTO or an operations director. That is an audience we reach by job title and industry on LinkedIn ads.
- An Egyptian clothing brand that sells on WhatsApp. The customer sees a piece on Instagram and wants to ask about sizes. We run click-to-message campaigns on Facebook and Instagram ads and track cost per conversation, then cost per order.
Most businesses need two platforms. Not five.
What a paid advertising agency should know first: searching or scrolling
Demand comes in two kinds. The first already exists: someone knows what they want and types it into a search box. Google campaigns catch that demand, and clicks usually cost more because the intent is clearer.
The second has to be created. Someone has not thought about your product yet, but they are scrolling Meta, TikTok or Snapchat. Here the creative decides the result more than the targeting does. No budget rescues a weak video.
Mixing the two up is the most common reason people give up on ads. A new product nobody has heard of waits for search sales that never come, because nobody is searching. An urgent service, say AC repair in July, spends on awareness videos while its customers are searching and calling right now.
Ad spend and our fee are two different things
Ad spend goes from your card straight to the platform, and all of it buys delivery. Kazaplan’s fee is separate and pays for the work: the plan, the creative, daily management and reporting.
What sets the fee? The number of platforms, how much creative you need each month, video especially, and the number of markets. Egypt and Saudi Arabia together is more work than one. The tracking setup matters too, and whether we need to build a landing page.
This sits inside our monthly plans, Presence, Growth and Scale, or a one-off launch campaign. We do not publish fixed prices because no two businesses need the same thing. See the plans and ask for a quote for yours.
How we work
Four steps. The first one takes longer than most clients expect, and that is on purpose.
- Diagnose. We review your current accounts, your site and how fast messages get answered, and check that tracking actually records orders. More on this in our method.
- Plan. Platforms, offers, audiences, budget split, and one number we agree to judge success by.
- Execute. Campaigns built, creative made, tests launched.
- Measure. A weekly look at the numbers and a monthly decision on where the budget goes.
We prefer the accounts stay in your name, with management access for us. For clients in Saudi Arabia, our team works remotely from Cairo and meets you on video.
What the monthly report shows
It opens with the number we agreed on: cost per order, cost per lead or cost per conversation. Then platforms side by side, the best and worst ad of the month, and what we will change next month and why.
Views and likes are not the headline. If they appear at all, they sit at the back.
If a month went badly, that goes in the first line, with the reason.
When we tell you not to advertise yet
We say this to some of the people who contact us, and we would rather say it before you spend:
- Tracking is broken, so nobody can tell which ad brought which order.
- The site is slow, or checkout fails on mobile. Ads would send people to a locked door.
- Stock is short, or delivery takes weeks.
- There is no budget for new creative, and the whole plan is one ad running for months.
- Nobody answers messages during working hours.
In those cases we fix the gap first, a landing page or the tracking, and then we advertise.
Mistakes we see often
Judging after three days
The algorithms need time and data. Pausing and editing a campaign every other day sends it back to the start each time.
The same ad everywhere
A square Facebook design looks out of place on TikTok. Each platform has its own visual language, and people notice straight away.
Counting clicks
A cheap click from someone who will never buy is not a win. The measure is cost per order or per real lead.
Treating Egypt and Saudi Arabia as one market
Dialect, seasons and favorite platforms all differ. A Ramadan campaign in Riyadh is not a Ramadan campaign in Cairo. If Saudi Arabia is your market, read our page on marketing in Saudi Arabia.

FAQ
Before you start
Probably yes, if the goal is sales rather than engagement. The Boost button gives you limited control over objective, tracking and testing. In Ads Manager we choose a purchase or messaging objective, connect the Pixel, split audiences and compare ads against each other. Many pages find out there that their most liked post is not the one that sells.
No. We usually advise one or two platforms to start. A budget spread across five platforms is too thin for any of them to learn and settle. We pick the one closest to the buying decision, Google for people who search and Meta or Snapchat for people who scroll, then add a second platform with its own budget once results hold.
The platform, directly, not us. Your ad spend goes from your card to Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat or LinkedIn, and you see it on their invoices. Kazaplan's fee is a separate amount for planning, creative, daily management and reporting. That way you always know what bought delivery and what paid for the work.
We prefer the accounts stay in your name, with us working on them through management access. The ad account, Pixel, audiences and campaign history are assets with real value, and they help any future campaign start from a better place. If you do not have an account yet, we help you open one under your company from day one.
Usually three to six weeks, depending on the platform. The first days go into the learning phase and testing ads and audiences, then we pause the weak ones and give more budget to the best. Google Search tends to bring traffic sooner. LinkedIn campaigns for B2B take longer, because the sales cycle itself is longer.
No. We do not promise specific numbers, and nobody honestly can, because results depend on product, price, offer, competition and how fast your team answers leads. What we commit to is a written plan, sound tracking, structured testing and a plain report on what worked, what failed and what we will change next month.
