Built for the Saudi market
Kazaplan is a digital marketing agency for Saudi Arabia in a plain sense: our team is in Cairo and serves clients in the Kingdom remotely, through video calls and regular written reports. We plan Snapchat, TikTok, X and Instagram campaigns, write in Saudi dialect or MSA as the audience needs, prepare Salla and Zid stores for the big seasons, and work only with Mawthooq-licensed influencers.
No. We do not have an office in Saudi Arabia. Our team works from our Nasr City office in Cairo and serves clients in the Kingdom remotely. Meetings run on video calls at times that suit Saudi working hours, and reports are written and regular. We would rather say this up front than promise a presence we do not have.
We only work with influencers who hold a Mawthooq license from the General Authority for Media Regulation, since advertising through social accounts in the Kingdom requires it. We check the license before contracting, pick creators by their real audience and fit with your brand rather than follower count alone, and track results with discount codes or tracked links.
Yes. We work with stores built on Salla and Zid. We connect ad platform pixels to the store so we can measure real orders, build purchase campaigns on Snapchat, TikTok, Meta and Google, and prepare product pages and offers for each season. If the store needs better photos or descriptions, we flag that in the first diagnostic.
For most consumer content we write in a neutral Saudi dialect that reads naturally across the Kingdom. For government-facing, corporate or formal brands we write in clear Modern Standard Arabic. Your team reviews copy before it goes live, because the same word can land differently from one region of the Kingdom to another.
We plan for Ramadan, Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha, Founding Day on 22 February, National Day on 23 September and White Friday, plus seasons specific to your sector such as back to school or holidays. Preparation starts weeks before each one so content and offers are ready before competition peaks.
Cost depends on the number of platforms, content volume, campaign count and any influencer work. There are three separate parts: our agency fee, the ad budget you pay the platforms directly, and influencer fees if used. We list each part in a written proposal after the diagnostic and never merge them into one figure.

A digital marketing agency for Saudi Arabia, stated honestly
First, the plain facts. Kazaplan has no office and no phone number in Saudi Arabia. Our team works from Cairo and serves clients in the Kingdom remotely. We meet on video calls at times that suit Saudi working hours, send regular written reports, and give every client one account manager they know by name.
Why a team in Cairo? Because campaigns succeed on market knowledge, sound execution and honest measurement. Where the desk sits barely enters into it. Our team has more than ten years of hands-on experience and works on the Egyptian and Saudi markets side by side, so we know where they differ in platforms, dialect, seasons and buying habits.
The platforms that matter in the Kingdom
Saudi audiences spread across platforms differently from Egyptian ones. A channel mix that works in Cairo may need turning upside down in Riyadh.
Snapchat
Snapchat is part of daily life for a wide Saudi audience, and its ads suit stores, restaurants and seasonal offers. We build Snapchat ads with fast vertical creative that looks like what people actually share, not a polished spot people skip.
TikTok
TikTok is a discovery channel for new brands and consumer products. Ideas and pacing matter more than expensive production. We plan TikTok campaigns around several concepts, test them, then put budget behind what works.
X and Instagram
X is where conversation, news and trending topics happen, which suits brands that want a voice in public discussion. Instagram remains the visual shop window, important for fashion, beauty and food.
Online stores on Salla and Zid
Many Saudi stores run on Salla or Zid. Take a home-fragrance and incense store on Zid launching a Ramadan range. Before the first riyal of ad spend, we connect the Snapchat, TikTok and Meta pixels and check that purchases actually register. Only then can we tell which ads produced orders and which produced visits.
Next come purchase campaigns, and retargeting for people who added a piece to the cart and left.
Influencer marketing with a Mawthooq license
Influencer collaborations are central to marketing in the Kingdom. Advertising through social accounts requires a Mawthooq license issued by the General Authority for Media Regulation. We check the license before any contract, choose creators by real audience and brand fit, and measure each one with its own discount code or tracked link.
Dialect and message
Broad consumer content is written in a neutral Saudi dialect. Content for government bodies or corporate buyers is written in clear Modern Standard Arabic. We do not move Egyptian copy across unchanged, because words, references and humor differ. Your team reviews every piece before it runs.
The Saudi seasonal calendar
- Ramadan and the two Eids: the biggest spending and content seasons, with high ad competition.
- Founding Day, 22 February: a national occasion suited to heritage and identity content.
- National Day, 23 September: a broad season of offers and national content.
- White Friday: the main November sale season for online stores.
We prepare for each one weeks ahead and spread budget across the peak days.
With Vision 2030, sectors such as entertainment, tourism and events have grown. Their audiences and timing differ from traditional retail, and so does the way you market them.
Riyadh and Jeddah are different markets
Riyadh leans toward corporate buyers, B2B sales and the exhibitions calendar. Jeddah leans toward retail, food, tourism and hospitality. See marketing in Riyadh and marketing in Jeddah.
Common mistakes in Saudi marketing
- Copying an Egyptian campaign as is: the strongest platform in Egypt may not lead in the Kingdom, and dialect and offers differ.
- Hiring an influencer without checking the license: a breach that hurts the brand before it hurts the budget.
- Judging influencer campaigns by views: a view is not a purchase. The code or link is the evidence.
- Preparing for a season in its final week: competition is at its peak and reach costs more.
- A store without tracking: Salla or Zid campaigns with no pixel mean decisions based on guesses.
Who we suit in Saudi Arabia, and who we do not
We suit online stores, restaurants, clinics, service companies and brands entering the Saudi market for the first time, as well as Egyptian businesses expanding into the Kingdom that want one team for both markets.
If you need a team sitting in your office in the Kingdom every day, we are not the right fit. We say that on the first call.
Working remotely, step by step
- Diagnose: you give us read access to your accounts and store, and we send a free written assessment.
- Plan: platforms, message, seasons and budget split.
- Execute: content, campaigns and influencer follow-up on a plan you approve. We prefer that ad accounts and store accounts stay in your name.
- Measure: a monthly report and a video call to review the numbers.
Each stage is set out on our method page. See our plans or contact us to book a video call.
What we believe
More than one plan
Every business has its own story, audience and challenges, so we never squeeze clients into a ready-made template. We build the plan around the business.
Strategy before activity. First we work out what your business really needs and what it does not, then we decide where to publish and how much to spend.
Your real-world success deserves a digital presence of the same size. We don't start your success, we amplify it.
