What you get with social media management
Managing your pages isn’t posting something every day. It starts with a clear decision: who we’re talking to, on which platform and with what message. Then steady execution, daily attention to messages, and measurement that shows what deserves more effort and what should stop.
Picture a kids’ clothing store on Salla getting ready for Eid. It doesn’t need twenty random posts. It needs a calendar that starts weeks before the season, photos of the pieces on real children, short reels that show the fabric and fit, and fast answers to the two questions that arrive every day: how much is it, and when will it arrive? That’s what we plan for.
The service suits online stores, restaurants and cafes, clinics, new brands, and companies with pages but no plan or no time to reply. If you’re launching something new, you may need a launch campaign first, with monthly management after it.
Where we post: the right platform for each market
We rarely advise a small business to start on more than two platforms. Two pages run well beat five half-abandoned ones.
Egypt
- Facebook: still the widest reach, and home to the pages, groups and messages that turn into orders.
- Instagram: for brands that sell visually: fashion, food, beauty and interiors.
- TikTok: for a younger audience and short, natural video.
Saudi Arabia
- Snapchat: part of the everyday routine for a large share of the audience, and a good fit for retail, restaurants and daily offers.
- TikTok and Instagram: for video, reels and work with creators and influencers.
- X: for news and conversation, and for brands speaking to a professional audience.
LinkedIn we suggest in both markets when your customer is a company rather than a person, such as suppliers, software firms and corporate training providers.
If a Saudi campaign uses influencers, we only work with those who hold a Mawthooq advertising license. For stores on Salla or Zid, posts link straight to the product page so customers don’t get lost between the post and the cart.
A month with us, step by step
- Before the month starts: we send the calendar. Every post has a date, platform, goal, idea, copy and design or video. You change what you want and approve it. Nothing goes out that you haven’t seen.
- The first two weeks: posting to the calendar and daily attention to comments and messages. We leave room for quick content too, such as a trend that suits your brand or news in your field.
- Mid-month: we look at the first numbers. Posts that brought messages get built on, and formats that didn’t move get replaced in the second half.
- End of the month: a one-page report covering what we posted, what reached people and got a response, how many messages and inquiries came from your pages, and what we’ll change next month.
In the first month we spend longer learning your audience: reading old comments and messages, looking at what competitors post and testing several types of content. The trend usually becomes clear after two to three months. For clients in Saudi Arabia the monthly review happens over video, since our team is in Cairo and works with the Saudi market remotely.
Messages and comments
Every comment is either a sale or a complaint. At the start we agree how it works: who replies, in what tone, which questions we answer directly and what goes to you or your sales team, such as large orders and sensitive complaints. We write a reply guide for repeat questions about price, delivery and opening hours, and set daily check-in times that match your message volume.
Our honest view: a beautiful page that ignores its messages loses more business than a plain page that replies fast.
An example: a cosmetic clinic in Cairo gets a steady stream of messages asking about prices. Instead of a generic “contact us”, the reply explains what the session includes and asks for a phone number to book a consultation, and that number reaches the clinic’s booking staff the same day.
The monthly plans
- Presence: monthly content plan, post design, account and community management, and a monthly performance report.
- Growth: everything in Presence, plus reels and short video, paid ads management and conversion tracking.
- Scale: everything in Growth, plus a full marketing strategy, campaigns across several platforms and regular review meetings.
Cost depends on the number of platforms, posts and reels, message volume and whether content needs a shoot. We prefer your accounts and pages to stay in your name, with us working through access you grant. See our plans or request a quote.
When you need paid ads
Organic reach on most platforms is limited, and a post reaches only part of your followers. Management builds an active page that visitors trust. Paid ads bring visitors from an audience you define by age, location and interests. The ad budget is paid to the platform directly and is separate from our fee.
If you need inquiries in week one, ads are the way. If your page is empty or neglected, ads will send people somewhere that doesn’t convince them. Most businesses need both. Read about paid advertising and Meta ads.
FAQ
Before you start
Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, X and LinkedIn, but we won't ask you to be on all of them. We pick two or three based on your audience and market. In Egypt most clients start with Facebook and Instagram, and in Saudi Arabia Snapchat and TikTok usually lead. We suggest LinkedIn when your customer is a company rather than a person.
It depends on the platform, the goal and the plan, so there is no single number. TikTok needs more video, while a store's Facebook page needs offers and products. We'd rather post less at steady quality than fill the feed with filler, and the exact number is written into your quote so you know what you're paying for.
Yes, replies are part of management in every plan. First we agree a reply guide for common questions, daily check-in times and what we pass to you or your sales team, such as large orders and complaints. Customers get a quick answer, and we never promise them something we're not sure is possible.
Ads management starts with the Growth plan, while Presence focuses on content and community. Either way, the ad budget is paid to the platform directly and is separate from our fee. We suggest a budget that fits your goal and market, and before we start we tell you honestly what to expect from it.
The trend usually becomes clear after two to three months of consistent posting. The first month is about learning your audience and testing content types, then we focus on what works. If you need inquiries in week one, paid ads alongside management are the faster route, and we plan them with you from the start.
Either works. You send photos and clips of your products and team and we turn them into designed content, or we plan shoots depending on your plan. Real footage from inside your business usually beats stock images, even when it's shot on a phone in simple light, so we encourage it and send your team a clear shot list.
