SEO services in Egypt and Saudi Arabia
Our SEO services in Egypt and Saudi Arabia get your site in front of people searching Google for what you sell. Kazaplan works from Cairo. We start with a technical diagnosis and research the words your customers actually type, in dialect and MSA, then fix, write and earn clean links. Every month you get a Search Console and GA4 report on what changed.
First signs usually appear within three to six months, and new sites or sites in crowded markets take longer. The early months go into technical fixes and building pages, then impressions rise on easier terms before harder ones. In the first diagnosis we write you an estimate for your site specifically, not a generic number.
No. Google doesn't sell rankings, and anyone who guarantees a position is promising something they don't control. What we commit to is different: a written plan, work you can see every month, and an honest report on what improved, what didn't and why. If progress stalls, we say so and change the plan.
Both, each where it belongs. Page copy is usually simple MSA that reads naturally in Cairo and Riyadh, with the dialect phrase people search for placed in a heading or FAQ. Keyword research decides. A page aimed at Saudi Arabia may use different words from the same page written for Egypt.
Ads bring visits from day one, you pay per click, and they stop when the budget stops. SEO is slower, but you don't pay the platform for each visit and the results build up. Our advice for most new businesses: run ads now so leads come in, and build SEO alongside so you depend less on ads over time.
Yes. Our team is in Cairo and works with Saudi clients remotely over video meetings, on WordPress sites and Salla and Zid stores. We research Saudi keywords separately from Egyptian ones, because someone searching in Jeddah phrases things differently from someone in Mansoura. We check rankings as they appear to a searcher inside Saudi Arabia.
Watch three numbers in order: impressions, then clicks, then leads and calls from search. The first moves weeks before the others. Your monthly report puts all three next to last month and lists what we did. If traffic rises but leads don't, the problem is the pages, not the rankings, and we will tell you.

Three reasons most sites don’t show up
When a site gets no traffic from Google, the cause is usually in one of three places. We look for it before doing anything else, because fixing the wrong problem wastes months of budget and patience.
Google can’t read the site properly
Pages that aren’t indexed, broken redirects, a slow mobile experience, or Arabic and English versions competing for the same term because hreflang is missing. These are technical problems and they come first. We check robots.txt, the XML sitemap, internal links and structured data, then rank the fixes by impact rather than by how easy they are.
The site speaks a different language from the searcher
A shipping company describes itself as an “advanced logistics solutions provider”. Its customers in Cairo search for the cheapest courier. In Riyadh they type “near me” or the name of their district. Plenty of people search in dialect, with spelling variants, or write English words in Arabic letters. A clinic that says “cosmetic dentistry” on every page may never appear for a patient searching for teeth whitening in Nasr City, simply because it never used the patient’s words.
We research those terms as they are, keep Egyptian and Saudi phrasing apart, and give each page one search intent to serve. Two pages chasing the same phrase only weaken each other.
Nothing tells Google you can be trusted
A technically sound, well-written site can still sit on page three because nobody links to it. That’s where links come in. We don’t buy them from site farms, which is the shortest route to a Google penalty. We earn them through content worth citing, established business directories and coverage from digital PR.
Once the diagnosis is done, the regular work starts: pages and articles that answer the question first (see content marketing), and Maps visibility if you have a branch, which is covered on our local SEO page.
Our SEO services in Egypt and Saudi Arabia, month by month
This is the usual path for a mid-sized site. Yours may move faster or slower.
- Month 1: technical diagnosis, keyword and competitor research, Search Console and GA4 connected, and a written priority plan.
- Month 2: the most important technical fixes, and rewritten titles and descriptions on your existing service pages.
- Month 3: the first new pages and articles, internal links between them, and your Business Profile tidied up if you have one.
- Months 3 to 6: the first signs usually appear. Impressions rise first, then clicks on less competitive terms.
- After that: we move on to harder terms and adjust the plan to what the numbers say.
A new site in a crowded market takes longer. An older site held back only by technical issues can move faster than you’d expect.
Google is no longer ten blue links
For many searches Google now shows an AI-written summary above the results. People also ask chat tools about businesses before they visit a single website.
To show up there, we write pages that open with a direct answer, add FAQs and structured data, and make sure your name, address and service description match everywhere online. These tools quote sources they trust, and consistency is part of trust. Some call this answer engine optimization. We treat it as part of SEO.
What’s in your monthly report
Numbers from Google’s own tools, not a dashboard we invented. From Search Console: impressions, clicks, average position and indexed pages. From GA4: what search visitors did once they arrived. Did they fill in a form, tap WhatsApp, call, buy?
Then a short note in plain English: what we did, what changed and what comes next month.
Rankings are a means. What you want is the phone ringing.
What moves the cost up or down
- The size of the site and its technical health today.
- Market and language: Egypt alone or Egypt and Saudi Arabia, Arabic alone or with English.
- How hard the target keywords are in your field.
- How much new content you need each month, and whether we write it or your team does.
We don’t publish fixed prices. If you want to see where your site stands before committing, start with the free diagnostic: you give us read-only access, a written first assessment reaches you within a few working days, and it’s yours to keep whether you hire us or not. Monthly plans are on our pricing page, and for a detailed proposal, get in touch.
Warning signs when hiring an SEO company
- A guaranteed first place within weeks.
- A report full of page-one keyword counts and silent on traffic or leads.
- Bulk links for a suspiciously small fee.
- Pages copied from a foreign competitor and translated, instead of written for your audience.
- Refusing to give you access to your own Search Console.
If you need leads before SEO matures, search ads bring visits from day one. Read about Google Ads.
What we believe
More than one plan
Every business has its own story, audience and challenges, so we never squeeze clients into a ready-made template. We build the plan around the business.
Strategy before activity. First we work out what your business really needs and what it does not, then we decide where to publish and how much to spend.
Your real-world success deserves a digital presence of the same size. We don't start your success, we amplify it.
